ERG Exploration
Own exploration company of the ERG Group
In 2019, ERG decided to create its own exploration company. Today, ERG Exploration has a staff of geologists, a staff of drilling services, production staff, topogeodesic and logging teams. 4 drilling rigs were commissioned (Epiros Christensen CS 140, Sandvik/Drillman DE710). Equipment for conducting ground-based topography, aerial photography and aerial magnetic exploration using unmanned aerial vehicles was purchased. Logging stations for conducting borehole geophysics have been purchased.

Aidar Khamzin graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from the Kazakh National Technical University named after K.I. Satpayev, majoring in Geology and Exploration of Mineral Deposits, and later earned a Master’s degree in the same field.

1991-1994: Specialized school in Rudny - Mechanic for repairing motor vehicles with the right to drive cars.
2001-2006: Rudny Industrial Institute – Bachelor, qualification of mechanical engineer.
Askhat Akhantai
Director of Economics and Finance, LLP “ERG Exploration”
Joined the Eurasian Group in 2021. He has over 14 years of experience in economics and corporate finance.
He specializes in strategic and investment planning, budgeting, financial modeling (DCF), and business process optimization.
He has extensive experience in developing management reporting systems, cost control, and implementing corporate financial management standards.
Askhat graduated from L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University with a degree in Economics. He has completed international professional development programs — CIMA, PMI — as well as courses in financial management and business performance management.
